After you purchase a package I will send you my registration form and waiver. This will allow me to learn more about you so I can customize our first session. Each time we meet we will go over any questions you have, practice yoga, and go over some things you can practice on your own before we meet again.
Not at all! I teach all levels of yoga. If your goal is to get more flexible I can help you with that.
Our yoga sessions can be any style you prefer. This is YOUR class so you get to tell me what you want. Typically, I teach vinyasa flow or yin yoga. We can have a high energy sweaty class or a chill slow paced deep stretch class... the choice is yours.
